Abstract checklist
Help reviewers from the Advisory Committees understand and evaluate your project
- Keep your abstract short
- It should not exceed 3,000 characters
- No pictures, graphics, references and mathematical equations to be included
Point out:
- general scope
- main results obtained
- methods used
- relevance of the subject matter
- major conclusions drawn
Indicate if it is:
- a master thesis, a Ph.D. thesis
- a research project
- an observation study etc.
Indicate on which data the abstract is based on:
- field data
- lab data
- original analysis, technology

Questions that matter
How do I know if my abstract has been accepted?
After the Call for Papers‘ deadline, the reviewers of the International Advisory Committee carefully read all submitted abstracts. Notifications on the acceptance of your abstract either for oral or poster presentation will be sent between 15 and 17 June 2026.
Which is the required format of the abstract?
Free style, plain text, max. 3,000 characters. The abstract should be a short outline of the intended paper to give the abstract reviewers an idea of what to expect. It must not contain pictures, graphics or company names. To make abstract submission easier, we have compiled a checklist for the abstract submission.
